What is Viator?
Viator is a Latin word meaning traveler or wayfarer.
I chose that word as the name of this magazine because I believe it accurately describes both you, the reader, and I, the writer.
We are traveling through this interesting ~ challenging ~ strange time and heading …somewhere … together.
I think I know where we’re headed, but I’ll leave it up to you to decide for yourself.
I’m a 20-year Florida lawyer with a B.S. in Business, a J.D. in Law, and an M.A. in Theology.
I have authored dozens of blog articles since 2017 and I’m a contributor to a new book called Tolkien and Faith: Essays on Christian Truth in Middle Earth.
You can purchase the book at the above link.
I enjoy great stories, theology, philosophy, Jungian archetypes and Sacred Scripture.
Most importantly, I’m a faithful believer in Jesus Christ and a committed husband and father of three children.
Viator is meant to entertain and help you.
I write from my interests, so my posts range from discussions about Beatitude and virtue, to opinions on world events, to thoughts about the stories and heroes we find in books, games, movies and TV.
In the end, I hope Viator entertains you and helps you grow as you make your way through the world.
